Do you ship to any country in the world?

We send Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Madeira and Azores Islands are excluded), Italy and Continental Portugal.

What is the cost of shipments?

The cost of the shipment is calculated when filling the information of the address and depending on where you live and the total value of the order, said cost can vary.

Shipments to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands are free 

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla They are free if your order exceeds € 70, If the amount is lower than that amount Shipping cost are € 30.

What is the deadline?

  • Peninsular and Portugal Continental Spain: between 1 and 3 business days.
  • Balearic Islands: Minimum 2-4 business days.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: EThe delivery period corresponds to 7 business days without counting customs procedures.

Example!: If you make an order on Friday from 2:00 p.m., keep in mind that it will not be prosecuted until the following Monday, so you will receive it, as soon, on Tuesday.

During times of promotions or festivities, delivery deadlines may suffer delays, we apologize for the inconveniences that this may cause. 

I'm almost never at home, can I pick up my order at some point (store, supermarket, cafeteria, kiosk ...), instead of sending it to me home?

At the moment, we only send to private homes, but you can also request the delivery in your company, at a family member's house, a friend ... tell us the exact address and send your package there. 

Can I collect my order in a physical store?

Yes, you can collect your order at our following points of sale. To do this, when you start processing your order, you must select the store collection option.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

We can modify or cancel an order whenever you have not left our warehouse. To notify any change or cancellation, you must contact us through any of our communication routes:

If, on the contrary, your order would have already been delivered to the messaging company, you can only modify the delivery time at your home or in the address that you have indicated to us by contacting the messaging company. 

Can I return a product?

Yes, once you have received your order, you have 30 days, from the confirmation of the same, to request the return.

Important: The products must be in perfect condition, that is, with their original packaging and sealing (unopened) and with all its accessories.

Can I make a gift order?

What happens if there is an error in my order or any product arrives in poor condition?
