1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

It offers services to facilitate and exchange information about cosmetic products and perfumes, and to establish communication between users, under the terms set out in these Terms of Use:

1.3 Acceptance of the Terms of Use
Accessing and using ABANUC's service implies the user's full and unconditional acceptance of all the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.
Furthermore, ABANUC reserves the right, in any case, to unilaterally modify these Terms of Use and access to the service to facilitate and exchange information about cosmetic products and/or online stores, and establish communication between users.
This consent will apply to all users of the site, including sellers, end consumers, merchants, and content collaborators.This website has been designed and created to allow access to the services that ABANUC offers.
The Terms of Use are subject to current legality and the principles of good faith and lawful use by the user, with any type of action to the detriment of ABANUC and third parties being prohibited.
2. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL
The user commits to using the services and contents of the page in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these general conditions of use.
Furthermore, the user commits to making appropriate use of the services and/or contents of the page, and to not use them to carry out illegal activities or activities constituting a crime and/or that infringe the regulation on intellectual and industrial property, or any other forms of applicable legal system.
2.1 Participation Rules
ABANUC reserves the right to suspend or cancel, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice, any content or user account that violates these Terms of Service. By way of illustration, and not limitation or exclusion, the user agrees not to engage in any of the following activities:
2.1.1 Offend, insult, discredit, or harass other people in any common space of ABANUC. Similarly, the user is obliged not to use other users' contact tools to engage in these types of activities.
2.1.2 Introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, homophobic, xenophobic, pedophilic, excessively violent nature, that advocates terrorism, or that infringes upon human rights.
2.1.3 Posting images of other people without their consent.
2.1.4 Defaming or slandering companies, groups, NGOs, or any other group of individuals.
2.1.5 Plagiarizing, copying, or using content from other people or media without their consent.
2.1.6 Impersonating other people, groups, or legal entities.
2.1.7 Engaging in commercial exploitation activities, such as promoting products and services, without the authorization of ABANUC; generating spam, transmitting unsolicited commercial messages, using the service as a forwarding tool to another website, or promoting your site by posting multiple identical messages in different ABANUC spaces.
2.1.8 Duplicating content. That is, systematically copying and publishing, with or without the author's authorization, content published on other websites.
2.1.9 Offer, sell, or exchange services and products that ABANUC administrators consider, at their sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
2.1.10 Add any software that hinders the normal functioning of the system or any code, file, or program that offers advertising through pop-up windows (POPups). Similarly, the user agrees not to publish content that infringes the Terms of Use of the advertising services used in ABANUC.
2.1.11 Misuse ABANUC's functionalities for self-promotion or to improve the positioning of any website in search engine results.
ABANUC may, depending on the case, take one of the following moderating measures:
Delete the specific content without prior notice.
Suspend, temporarily or permanently, the appearance of the content published by the author in any of the public spaces of ABANUC.
Delete the user's account along with all its content.
3. ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS
By using this service, the user agrees that ABANUC may include advertising in the user area or in any common space, with or without prior notice, and without any compensation to the user.
The user also agrees not to obstruct or manipulate the display of these advertisements. By registering, the user agrees that ABANUC may send newsletters to their email that include advertising.
4.ABANUC'S LIABILITY
Due to the technical nature of the service provided, ABANUC will not assume any responsibility for the loss of data, information, or files that occur as a result of the interruption or discontinuation of any of its services, declining all responsibility for the damages that could arise from this.
ABANUC reserves the right to unilaterally, temporarily or permanently suspend, without prior notice, the accessibility to its system or the partial or total content of it, due to the eventual need to carry out maintenance, repair, update, improvement of the same or incompatibility with the service offered.
LIABILITY EXEMPTIONS
ABANUC is not responsible for the misuse that may be made of this website.Furthermore, it cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could cause damage to computer systems, electronic documents, or user files of this page or third parties, and therefore is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to these causes.
ABANUC is also not responsible for the content of the web pages to which our website links, since they are not under the control of ABANUC, nor is such third-party information approved by ABANUC.
However, we review all our links and hyperlinks to other web pages. This legal notice is applicable only to the information collected on the ABANUC website and not to the contents collected on third-party pages.
ABANUC reserves the right to modify this legal notice whenever it deems appropriate and always respecting the applicable regulations.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data and other information related to the user's identity are subject to ABANUC's privacy policy.
7. RETURNS
In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Law, as well as the regulations established by the European Union (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase. To make a return within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, in its original packaging, with its original seal unbroken, all its accessories, and in perfect condition.
Returns of products without their original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective. The seller will refund the order amount once it has been verified that the merchandise meets the above conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs.
To request a return, the customer must communicate it via email to ABANUC. In the event that the defect is due to a transportation issue, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in the seller's email.
7.1. Warranties
After the first 7 days from delivery have passed, the customer may return an order or request an exchange if a product is defective. Additionally, all products come with a two-year warranty according to the Consumer Goods Warranty Act, Law 23/2003 of July 10.
This warranty must be managed directly with each seller through their phone number or at the seller's email address.
8. DURATION OF SERVICE
Notwithstanding interruptions or suspensions for technical reasons, or unilateral cancellation by the user or by ABANUC, the service will be provided indefinitely under the aforementioned conditions.
Although ABANUC's main goal is to offer the best possible service, ABANUC cannot guarantee that the service provided by third parties will meet the needs and requirements of the users.If a serious fault occurs, the user must contact ABANUC either by mail, telephone, or by sending an email to abanuc@abanuc.com
9. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
For any conflict that arises due to the provision of this service, Spanish legislation will be accepted as governing law and for the resolution of any disputes that may arise from it, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid will have jurisdiction.
