Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles 102 to 108 of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

The withdrawal period starts on the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the products. If a single order is delivered in several parts, the period starts from receipt of the last product.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the period expires. You can do so:

• by email to abanuc@abanuc.com, stating your name, order number and the products you wish to return;
• by post to BOXNOX, S.L. (ABANUC), C/ Guzmán el Bueno, 127, 28003 Madrid (Spain);
• or by using the withdrawal form at the end of this page, although its use is not mandatory.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, with the date of your request and the return instructions. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returning the products

You must send the products back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw, to the address we will give you. Unless the product is defective or not what you ordered, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article 103(e) of the Spanish consolidated consumer law (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery. This includes perfumes, cosmetics, personal care products, candles and other ABANUC products whose seal, film or safety closure has been opened. Sealed products returned unopened may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is the earliest.

Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a defective product, a product damaged in transit or a product other than the one you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com or on +34 91 446 51 21, with photographs of the product and the packaging. This helps us claim against the carrier and solve the issue faster. In these cases, ABANUC covers the return costs and will send you a new product or refund the amount, as you prefer.

This quick notice does not limit your rights: all our products carry a legal guarantee of 3 years from delivery against lack of conformity, in accordance with Articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU. See the General Terms of Use and Sale.
