Do you want to give a gift to someone special but don't know what they might like?
With this gift card , you can't go wrong! That person will be able to redeem it in our online store for their favorite products.
When you make your purchase you will receive an email with all the instructions to redeem it.
The gift card has a code that you must redeem during the checkout process.
If you want this card to reach that special someone you can do two things:
- When entering the details during the checkout process, provide us with the email of the person you want to gift this card to. In this way, they will receive an email with all the instructions to redeem the gift card.
- If you don't know their email, you can forward the card yourself that will arrive in your email.
Shipping
.The shipping cost is calculated at the time of filling out the address information and depending on where you live and the total value of the order, the shipping cost may vary.
Shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge.
Shipments to mainland Portugal are free of charge.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are free if your order exceeds 70 €, if it is less than that amount the shipping cost is 30 €.
You can also pick up your order at our points of sale in Madrid and Zaragoza.
Returns
.Once you have received your order, you have 30 days, from order confirmation, to request a refund.
Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, i.e. with its original packaging and seal (unopened) and with all its accessories.
Delivery Timeframe
.- Spain peninsular and mainland Portugal: between 1 and 3 business days.
- Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery time of 7 working days excluding customs procedures.
Example: if you place an order on a Friday after 14:00, please note that it will not be processed until the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday at the earliest.
