- Light the charcoal disc by holding it with the tongs with a match or lighter - be careful not to burn your fingers! Watch it ignite in 10 to 15 seconds, moving the lighter around the disk for quick ignition.
- Place the disc in the prepared burner and let it heat for about 5 minutes, until it turns a light gray.
- Place a small piece of the incense resin on top of the charcoal. A portion the size of a grain of rice will unleash an exquisite cascade of smoke and aroma. Add more incense when it has burned out, according to your preference, enjoying a unique and enveloping sensory ritual.

Shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge.
Shipments to mainland Portugal are free of charge.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are free if your order exceeds 70 €, if it is less than that amount the shipping cost is 30 €.
You can also pick up your order at our points of sale in Madrid and Zaragoza.

Delivery Timeframe

- Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery time of 7 working days excluding customs procedures.
