VIOLET
The violet is the base of many scents, although its penetrating aroma is increasingly softened in High Perfumery. A flower so small and widespread, and yet, so appreciated.
These flowers are fragrant, with a sweet and penetrating aroma and are widely used in perfumery. They can be colored between blue and purple -which gives the name to the color violet-, and also white.
The violet blooms between March and April and and has been used in perfumery since its origins.
Today it is used in confectionery –who hasn't tried a violet candy?-, in pastry and, of course, in perfumery.
