The velvety scent of sandalwood in Tam Dao transports us to the most remote temples of Tam Dao, where its logs were burned as an offering.
The sandalwood from Mysore expresses sensuality, tenderness, and warmth, the cedar displays its unparalleled dryness, the cypress and the myrtle add freshness, and the grey amber adds an exquisitely moving touch.
In comparison with Eau de Toilette, in Eau de Parfum, Asian spices capture the wood and its creamy nuances leaving no doubt about the country of origin: Tam Dao. Although it is entirely woody, this perfume is the perfect choice for lovers of intense fragrances with a fresh and light touch. Fragrance Inspiration Yves Coueslant, one of the three founders of Diptyque, grew up in Indochina during the colonial era of the Far East. The heat of the jungle and the trembling of the earth from the steps of elephants are the memories of his summers in the mountains of Tam Dao.To obtain a higher quality East Indian sandalwood, the extraction is performed from trees over 60 years old that produce a very, very peculiar essence.

Delivery times are estimates and start from when the order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on Fridays after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. During special campaigns, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. In any event, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.
Customs and taxes
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Serbia leave the customs or tax territory of the European Union and may be subject to customs procedures, duties or import taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient. These procedures may extend the delivery time.
Tracking and delivery changes
When GLS collects your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. From that message you can, where available in your area, change the delivery address or choose a GLS pickup point.
We can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not left our warehouse. Once it has been handed over to GLS, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal once you receive it.
In-store pickup
If available for your purchase, you can choose to collect your order free of charge from ABANUC Salesas (Plaza de las Salesas, 10, 28004 Madrid) or ABANUC Zaragoza (Calle San Ignacio de Loyola, 1, 50008 Zaragoza).
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com or call us on +34 91 446 51 21 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 15:30 CET). This does not limit your guarantee rights.
Returns
- Period: you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- How: email us at abanuc@abanuc.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you how to send them back.
- Condition of the products: for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, candles and other sealed products can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
- Return costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund: we will refund the order amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.
- Guarantee: all products carry a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
