• 🇪🇸 Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: free if your order exceeds €40. If your order is under €40, the shipping cost is €4.90
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: free if your order exceeds €200; below that amount, the shipping cost is €40.
  
  
• 🇵🇹 Portugal: free if your order exceeds €40. If your order is under €40, the shipping cost is €4.90

• 🇮🇹 Italy: free if your order exceeds €70; below that amount, the shipping cost is €9.

You can also collect your order from our stores in Madrid and Zaragoza.

Shipping costs are calculated when you enter your address details and may vary depending on where you live and the total value of your order.

Delivery Times

🇪🇸 Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 working days.

Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery takes 7-10 working days, excluding customs procedures.

🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal: 1 to 4 working days.

Italy: 2 to 8 working days.

Example: if you place an order on a Friday after 2:00 pm, please note that it will not be processed until the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday at the earliest.

Returns

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to request a return.

Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, that is, in their original packaging with the seal intact (unopened) and with all their accessories.
