When the wax level reaches approximately 5 mm, or the metal base holding the wick is visible, it means that the candle is finished.
Once the wax has cooled, place the candle in a bowl of water at 60 °C, halfway through. Wait 2 minutes for the wax to soften.
Remove the candle from the water and then take a round-tipped knife. Pass the knife blade between the glass and the edges of the soft wax disk, then slide the knife under the disk. Lift the loose wax disk and throw it in the trash.
Then wash and dry the inside of the glass.
Open the refill by pulling on the tabs and insert the new block of wax into the candle cup.
The candle is ready for use!

Shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge.
Shipments to mainland Portugal are free of charge.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are free if your order exceeds 70 €, if it is less than that amount the shipping cost is 30 €.
You can also pick up your order at our points of sale in Madrid and Zaragoza.
Returns
.Once you have received your order, you have 30 days, from order confirmation, to request a refund.
Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, i.e. with its original packaging and seal (unopened) and with all its accessories.
Delivery Timeframe
.- Spain peninsular and mainland Portugal: between 1 and 3 business days.
- Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery time of 7 working days excluding customs procedures.
Example: if you place an order on a Friday after 14:00, please note that it will not be processed until the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday at the earliest.
