- To ensure the oval releases its scent for a longer time and with better quality, we recommend that you place or hang it always in a closed space: in your closet, in one of your drawers of clothes, towels, sheets, or kitchen rags; in a trunk...
- . .., but never in the car! Keep in mind that the wax can melt due to heat and stain the interior of the vehicle.

Delivery Times
🇪🇸 Mainland Spain: 1 to 3 working days.
Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery takes 7-10 working days, excluding customs procedures.
🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal: 1 to 4 working days.
Italy: 2 to 8 working days.
Example: if you place an order on a Friday after 2:00 pm, please note that it will not be processed until the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday at the earliest.
Returns
Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to request a return.
Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, that is, in their original packaging with the seal intact (unopened) and with all their accessories.
