You can use it as a conditioner or as a mask. Conditioner: Apply a walnut-sized amount from mid-lengths to ends on clean, damp hair after using shampoo daily or as needed. Gently massage for 2 minutes and rinse hair. Mask: For an extra dose of hydration, apply it to clean, damp hair after shampooing. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse it off.
