Remove the cap from the container containing the fragrance
Fit the two glass bottles to the central structure of the Hourglass. The container containing the fragrance must be on the bottom of it. Make sure that everything fits snugly before you start using it.

To start the diffuser cycle, rotate the diffuser, leaving the fragrance container on top . Do not turn the Hourglass until the cycle is complete.

.The shipping cost is calculated at the time of filling out the address information and depending on where you live and the total value of the order, the shipping cost may vary.
Shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge.
Shipments to mainland Portugal are free of charge.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are free if your order exceeds 70 €, if it is less than that amount the shipping cost is 30 €.
You can also pick up your order at our points of sale in Madrid and Zaragoza.
Returns
.Once you have received your order, you have 30 days, from order confirmation, to request a refund.
Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, i.e. with its original packaging and seal (unopened) and with all its accessories.
Delivery Timeframe
.- Spain peninsular and mainland Portugal: between 1 and 3 business days.
- Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery time of 7 working days excluding customs procedures.
Example: if you place an order on a Friday after 14:00, please note that it will not be processed until the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday at the earliest.
