In the Eau de Toilette Tam Dao, the Mysore sandalwood expresses sensuality, tenderness, and warmth. Alongside it, cedar presents its unparalleled dryness, cypress and myrtle -its olfactory accident- add freshness, and ambergris adds an exquisitely moving touch. Fragrance Inspiration Yves Coueslant, one of the three founders of Diptyque, grew up in Indochina during the era of the Far East colonies.The warmth of the jungle and the trembling of the earth by the steps of elephants are the memory of their summers in the mountains of Tam Dao. To obtain a higher quality East Indian sandalwood, extraction is performed from trees over 60 years old that produce a very, very peculiar essence. During special campaigns, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. In any event, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.
When GLS collects your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com.
Returns
- Period: you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- How: email us at abanuc@abanuc.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you how to send them back.
- Condition of the products: for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, candles and other sealed products can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
- Return costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund: we will refund the order amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.
- Guarantee: all products carry a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
