Why ABANUC?
The term ‘ABANUC’ came about almost by mistake.In the midst of searching for a good brand name, Pedro, one of the two people in charge of this project, asked his family for their opinion during a meal at home.
As if she had been sure of it for years, his wife suggested, without hesitating for a second, ‘Habacuc’; the name of a Hebrew prophet who is attributed with the authorship of a book of the Bible. Pedro liked the sound of it, so that same afternoon, in the office, he mentioned it to Guillermo, the other person in charge of the project: “We have a name for the store: Abanuc!”.As you can imagine, he forgot the initial 'h' and changed the ending... by mistake! Right or wrong, Guillermo also really liked how it sounded, so the name became the first chapter of this adventure, an aromatic and cosmetic journey through our brands.
