Fresh, fruity, woody, and green; this original scented candle captures all parts of the fig tree: the fresh leaf, the fruit, the branches, the trunk wood, and the milky sap.
Figuier is an echo to Eau de Toilette Philosykos. Indeed, Diptyque , always true to nature, created this candle following the success of the fragrance; born from the summer holiday memories of two of its founders -Yves Coueslant and Desmond Knox-Leet- in Mount Pelion, in Thessaly (Greece).
To reach the sea, they had to walk through a wild fig orchard, so Knox-Leet kept some leaves in a box and was surprised to find that, years later, they had not lost their fragrance. Important! The four available sizes share the same scent, but not the same design. While the glass of the 70 and 190 g candles is transparent and features a white sticker with Diptyque's iconic oval, both the wax and the glass of the 300 g candle are green, and the oval is engraved on the glass. The 1,500 g candle, the largest in the collection, has five wicks and its wax is white. The vase, green in color, is made of ceramic and features the iconic oval of the brand engraved.This scented candle serves both indoors and outdoors, so if you have a terrace, garden, or porch; it's perfect for scenting your meals and dinners with family or friends!
