AMBER

Amber is one of the main raw materials used in perfumery.

It is the result of the combination between a type of resin, vanilla and patchouli. Unlike ambergris, it is a much more accessible component because it is manufactured in factories and perfumery workshops and is not a raw material found in nature.

Its fragrance is sweet, vanilla and slightly dry and is commonly used to offset the more acidic and sober notes with sweets.

Like ambergris, it is an excellent fixative. Its aroma brings elegance, softness and sweetness to any fragrance.
