Diptyque Wood Fire Scented Candle

The candle with a wood fire aroma. Feu de Bois is a blend of essences extracted from unique woods. It was Olivia Giacobetti, , the head perfumer of the Maison, who proposed to Diptyque the idea of creating a candle that recreated the scent of firewood. And she succeeded!

This scene perfectly describes this scented candle: Feu de Bois, 'wood fire', is a tribute to the crackling of the fire, to the warmth that a lit fireplace emits in the middle of winter; under the watchful eye of a family.   

If you are a fan of that scent, but don't have a country house, Feu de Bois will gift you the wood fire aroma wherever you are; even in the most modern city in the world.

With a purely woody, essence, Giacobetti chose two specific ingredients to add a smoky touch to Feu de Bois: birch and juniper oil.

Important!: the four available sizes share the same scent, but not the same design. While the glass of the candles of 70 and 190 g is transparent and has a white sticker with the iconic Diptyque ovalDiptyque; the wax and the glass of the 300 g are grey and the oval is engraved in the glass.

The candle of 1.500 g, the largest in the collection, has five wicks and the wax is also gray. In addition, the glass is made of ceramic and has the iconic oval of the brand engraved. 

This scented candle is suitable for both indoors and outdoors, so, if you have a terrace, garden, or porch; it's perfect for recreating the wood fire aroma in your meals and dinners with family or friends!
