Susanne Kaufmann Soothing Cleansing Milk This cleansing milk effectively removes impurities, dirt, and makeup, while soothing and brightening the skin. If you are looking for a cleanser that removes all makeup in seconds but does not harm or dry out the skin, this cleansing milk is for you. It is enriched with a blend of chamomile, sage, and mallow extracts, as well as rosehip seed oil and St. John's Wort flower extract, to help dissolve dirt and makeup that accumulate during the day, leaving the skin soft, clean, and hydrated. In addition, vitamin A increases collagen production. Perfect for all skin types, even the most sensitive prone to redness and rosacea.It is ideal to use it as the first step of double cleansing. Ingredients Rosehip seed oil: is rich in vitamins, protects the skin from environmental aggressors, stimulates collagen production, is anti-inflammatory, and intensely hydrates the skin. Vitamin A: known as a natural retinol. It helps to increase enzymatic activity and stimulates collagen production. Chamomile flower extract: provides an astringent, antiseptic, soothing, toning, and refreshing effect. This plant extract stimulates the skin's metabolism and promotes its regeneration.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before you complete your purchase. Orders placed on Fridays after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. During special campaigns, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. In any event, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.
When GLS collects your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com.
Returns
- Period: you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- How: email us at abanuc@abanuc.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you how to send them back.
- Condition of the products: for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, candles and other sealed products can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
- Return costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund: we will refund the order amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.
- Guarantee: all products carry a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
