Shipping
Shipping to Italy is free on orders over €70. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €9.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you complete your shipping details. Depending on your location and the total value of your order, the cost may vary.
Returns
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days from its confirmation to request a return.
Important:
- Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, in their original packaging and with all their accessories.
Delivery Time
- Italy: between 2 and 10 working days.

Spain and Portugal
- Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is free if your order exceeds €40. If your order is under €40, the shipping cost is €4.90
- Shipping to mainland Portugal is also free.
- Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is free on orders over €200. For smaller orders, shipping costs €40.
Europe
- Shipping to Germany and the Netherlands is free on orders over €70. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €9.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: between 1 and 3 working days.
- Balearic Islands: between 2 and 4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: delivery in 7 working days, excluding customs clearance.
