You just have to turn it to start a new cycle of scent diffusion, which lasts, approximately, one hour: 'the Diptyque hour'.
In addition to scenting small spaces for several months, this diffuser is, at the same time, a sophisticated decorative object. Usage mode Remove the cap from the container that holds the fragrance. Adjust the two glass bottles to the central structure of the Hourglass. The container that holds the fragrance must be at the bottom of it. Make sure everything is well adjusted before starting to use it. To start the diffusion cycle, turn the diffuser, leaving the container that holds the fragrance on top. Do not turn the Hourglass until the cycle is complete.We recommend that you do not place your diffuser on surfaces of wood, antique paintings, or marble. - Cost: free shipping on orders from €120. For smaller orders, shipping costs €17.50.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown before you complete your purchase. Orders placed on Fridays after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. During special campaigns, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. In any event, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.
When GLS collects your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com.
Returns
- Period: you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- How: email us at abanuc@abanuc.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you how to send them back.
- Condition of the products: for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, candles and other sealed products can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
- Return costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund: we will refund the order amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.
- Guarantee: all products carry a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
