TULIP

The tulip has always been valued more for its appearance than for its scent.

Although the tulip is native to Turkey and Iran, it is a symbol of the Netherlands as it is where the largest global production of these flowers is concentrated.

Like the freesia, its method of extraction is very costly because it must be done from the bulb and not from the flower. When we cut a tulip, the bulb absorbs its scent, which is why it is called ‘the ghost flower’.

Its scent is undeniably floral, fresh, and creamy. A delicious fragrance that perfectly combines with other green and woody components.
