Cool Girl Body Plumping and Thickening Cream by Hair by Sam McKnight is a styling cream designed to transform hair without sacrificing movement. Its triple-action formula provides volume from the roots, increases the feeling of density of each fiber, and helps strengthen hair for longer-lasting body.
The result is visibly fuller, lifted, and polished hair, yet still soft and flexible to the touch. No stiffness or sticky feeling: the volume retains movement and a natural appearance.
Its formula also incorporates an advanced thermal protection system up to 230 °C and a humidity shield that helps control frizz and prevents the hair from losing body over time.
It can be used both with a hairdryer or by letting the hair dry naturally. With heat, it allows for intensified root lift and more pronounced volume; in the air, it leaves a more relaxed and effortless body.

Yerbaluxe Crown: conditioning and strengthening active that helps transform weakened and stressed hair. It promotes elasticity and fiber resistance, helping to maintain volume while the hair retains shine, softness, and movement.
SymHair Thermo: advanced system for protection against heat and humidity. Forms an invisible micro-shield around the fiber that helps retain moisture, smooth the cuticle, and protect the hair against temperatures up to 230 °C.
Apply to freshly washed hair and gently towel-dried. Distribute the cream evenly from roots to ends.
Blow-dry for maximum volume, lift, and body, or let it air dry for a more relaxed and spontaneous volume.

Delivery times are estimates and start from when the order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on Fridays after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. During special campaigns, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. In any event, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.
Customs and taxes
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Serbia leave the customs or tax territory of the European Union and may be subject to customs procedures, duties or import taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient. These procedures may extend the delivery time.
Tracking and delivery changes
When GLS collects your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. From that message you can, where available in your area, change the delivery address or choose a GLS pickup point.
We can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not left our warehouse. Once it has been handed over to GLS, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal once you receive it.
In-store pickup
If available for your purchase, you can choose to collect your order free of charge from ABANUC Salesas (Plaza de las Salesas, 10, 28004 Madrid) or ABANUC Zaragoza (Calle San Ignacio de Loyola, 1, 50008 Zaragoza).
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com or call us on +34 91 446 51 21 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 15:30 CET). This does not limit your guarantee rights.
Returns
- Period: you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- How: email us at abanuc@abanuc.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you how to send them back.
- Condition of the products: for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, candles and other sealed products can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
- Return costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund: we will refund the order amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.
- Guarantee: all products carry a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
