Baies echoes the Eau de Toilette L’Ombre dans l’Eau, one of the most iconic personal fragrances of the Parisian House.
Important!: the five available sizes share the same scent, but not the same design. While the glass of the 70 and 190 g candles is transparent and carries a white sticker with the iconic Diptyque oval; the wax and glass of the 300 g candle are black, and the oval is engraved in the glass.
The 600 g candle is also completely black, but with the difference that its container is made of porcelain and has three wicks. It's one of the most elegant! And, finally, the 1,500 g one, the largest in the collection, has five wicks. Both the wax and the container, made with ceramic and with the iconic oval of the brand engraved on it, are also black. This scented candle is suitable for both indoors and outdoors, so if you have a terrace, garden, or porch; it's perfect for scenting your meals and dinners with family or friends! Delivery times are estimates and start from when the order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on Fridays after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day. During special campaigns, promotions or holidays, delivery may take longer. In any event, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from its confirmation.
Customs and taxes
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Serbia leave the customs or tax territory of the European Union and may be subject to customs procedures, duties or import taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient. These procedures may extend the delivery time.
Tracking and delivery changes
When GLS collects your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information. From that message you can, where available in your area, change the delivery address or choose a GLS pickup point.
We can modify or cancel an order as long as it has not left our warehouse. Once it has been handed over to GLS, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal once you receive it.
In-store pickup
If available for your purchase, you can choose to collect your order free of charge from ABANUC Salesas (Plaza de las Salesas, 10, 28004 Madrid) or ABANUC Zaragoza (Calle San Ignacio de Loyola, 1, 50008 Zaragoza).
Delivery issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, at abanuc@abanuc.com or call us on +34 91 446 51 21 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 15:30 CET). This does not limit your guarantee rights.
Returns
- Period: you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason.
- How: email us at abanuc@abanuc.com with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you how to send them back.
- Condition of the products: for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, candles and other sealed products can only be returned if they have not been unsealed.
- Return costs: borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund: we will refund the order amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that they have been sent.
- Guarantee: all products carry a 3-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity.
