The sun warmed the earth so much that the air picked up the perfume given off by the fig trees and their fruit. In love with that scent, and with Greece, Coueslant and Knox-Leet asked the perfumer Olivia Giacobetti to turn it into fragrance.
In Greek, Philosykos means the friend of the fig tree, the tree whose dried leaves and branches, kept in a box of memories, were the inspiration for creating this fragrance.
