The sun warmed the earth so much that the air picked up the fragrance released by the fig trees and their fruit. In love with that scent, and with Greece, Coueslant and Knox-Leet asked perfumer Olivia Giacobetti to turn it into a fragrance.
In Greek, Philosykos means the friend of the fig tree, the tree whose leaves and dried branches, kept in a memory box, were the inspiration to create this fragrance.
