The scented candle 34 boulevard saint germain by DIPTYQUE is fresh, green, and spicy, the most faithful recreation of the aroma one could appreciate upon entering the first boutique that Diptyque opened in Paris (1961).
The fragrance of 34 boulevard saint germain, reveals an interesting blend of notes: damp moss, crushed blackcurrant leaves, sun-dried fig leaves, exotic spices, fresh flowers picked in an English garden, warm woods and soothing balms.
Along with the home spray and the scented oval, this candle won the Home Collection of the Year award in 2019 by the Fragrance Foundation Awards.
In 2011, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of its founding, Diptyque set itself a new and daring challenge; named 'Collection 34'.
To continue with its philosophy as “thieves of scents”, the Parisian House decided to capture the aroma of its first boutique, opened in 1961 at number 34 of the boulevard Saint-Germain.
It was a complex olfactory creation that would give everyone the opportunity to experience a small part of that iconic place, as well as its history.
From that exclusive collection emerged, among others, the 34 boulevard saint germain candle; commonly known as 'Candle of 34'.
Depending on the size you choose, your candle will have an approximate duration:
- 300 g: 75 hours.
- 600 g: 90 hours.
- 1.500 g: 120 hours
Woody, floral, and green.
Wet moss, crushed blackcurrant leaves, and sun-dried fig leaves.
Shipping
.The shipping cost is calculated at the time of filling out the address information and depending on where you live and the total value of the order, the shipping cost may vary.
Shipments to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands are free of charge.
Shipments to mainland Portugal are free of charge.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are free if your order exceeds 70 €, if it is less than that amount the shipping cost is 30 €.
You can also pick up your order at our points of sale in Madrid and Zaragoza.
Returns
.Once you have received your order, you have 30 days, from order confirmation, to request a refund.
Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, i.e. with its original packaging and seal (unopened) and with all its accessories.
Delivery Timeframe
.- Spain peninsular and mainland Portugal: between 1 and 3 business days.
- Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery time of 7 working days excluding customs procedures.
Example: if you place an order on a Friday after 14:00, please note that it will not be processed until the following Monday, so you will receive it on Tuesday at the earliest.
