Offers services to facilitate and exchange information on cosmetic products and perfumes, and to establish communication between users, under the terms set forth in these Terms of Use:

1.3 Acceptance of the Conditions of Use
.Access to and use of the ABANUC service implies, on the part of the user, full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions contained in these Terms of Use.
Also, ABANUC reserves, in any case, the unilateral right to modify the present Terms of Use and access to the service in order to facilitate and exchange information about cosmetic products and/or online stores, and to establish communication between users.
This consent shall apply to all users of the site, including sellers, end consumers, merchants and content contributors. This web page has been designed and created to allow access to the services offered by ABANUC.
The Terms of Use are subject to current legislation and to the principles of good faith and lawful use by the user, being prohibited any type of action to the detriment of ABANUC and third parties.
2. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL
.The user agrees to use the services and contents of the site in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these general conditions of use.
You also agree to make appropriate use of the services and / or contents of the page, and not to use them for illegal or criminal activities and / or violate the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other forms of applicable law.
2.1 Rules of participation
ABANUC reserves the right to suspend or terminate, in whole or in part, with or without notice, any content or user account that violates these Terms of Service. By way of example, and in no way limiting or excluding, the user agrees not to perform any of the following activities:
2.1.1 Offending, insulting, discrediting or harassing other people in any ABANUC common space. Likewise, the user undertakes not to use the contact tools of other users to carry out this type of activities.
2.1.2 Introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, homophobic, xenophobic, pedophobic, excessively violent nature, in support of terrorism or that violate human rights.
2.1.3 Posting images of other people without their consent.
2.1.4 Defaming or slandering companies, collectives, NGOs or any other group of individuals.
2.1.5 Plagiarizing, copying or using content from other people or media without their consent.
2.1.6 Impersonating other persons, groups or legal entities.
2.1.7 Engaging in commercial exploitation activities, such as promoting products and services, without ABANUC's authorization; generating spam, transmitting unsolicited commercial messages, using the service as a forwarding tool to another website or promoting your site by publishing multiple and identical messages in different ABANUC spaces.
2.1.8 Duplicate contents. That is, copying and publishing, with or without the author's authorization, and systematically, content published on other websites.
2.1.9 Offering, selling or exchanging services and products that ABANUC's administrators deem, in their sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
2.1.10 Adding any software that interferes with the normal operation of the system or any code, file or program that offers advertising through pop-up windows (POPups). Likewise, the user agrees not to publish content that violates the Terms of Use of the advertising services used in ABANUC.
2.1.11 Misuse ABANUC's functionalities to self-promote or improve the ranking of any website in search engine results.
ABANUC may, on a case-by-case basis, take one of the following moderating measures:
- Delete the specific content without prior notice.
- Suspend, temporarily or permanently, the appearance of the contents published by the author in any of ABANUC's public spaces.
- Delete the user's account with all its contents.
3. ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS
.By using this service, the user accepts that ABANUC may include advertisements in the user area or in any common space, with or without prior notice, and without any kind of compensation to the user.
You also agree not to hinder or manipulate the display of these advertisements. By registering, the user accepts that ABANUC may send to his/her e-mail address newsletters that include advertising.
4. ABANUC'S RESPONSIBILITY
Because of the technical nature of the service offered, ABANUC shall not assume any responsibility for the loss of data, information or files that may occur as a consequence of the cut or interruption in the supply of any of its services, declining all responsibility for any damages that may arise from this.
ABANUC reserves the right to suspend unilaterally, temporarily or irreversibly, and without prior notice, the accessibility to its system or the partial or total content thereof, due to the eventual need to carry out maintenance, repair, updating, improvement of the same or incompatibility with the service offered.
5. DISCLAIMERS
.ABANUC is not responsible for any misuse that may be made of this website. In addition, it cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could cause damage to computer systems, electronic documents or files of users of this page or third parties, and therefore is not responsible for any damages that may occur for these reasons.
ABANUC is also not responsible for the content of websites to which our website links, as they are not under ABANUC's control and such third party information is not approved by ABANUC.
However, we review all of our links and hyperlinks to other websites. This legal notice applies only to the information contained in the ABANUC website and not to the contents of third party websites.
ABANUC reserves the right to modify this legal notice when it deems appropriate and respecting, in any case, the applicable regulations.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
.Personal data and other information relating to the user's identity are subject to ABANUC's privacy policy.
7. RETURNS
According to the Law of Retail Trade Management, as well as in accordance with EU regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to voluntarily withdraw from the purchase. If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, its original unbroken seal, all its accessories and in perfect condition.
We will not accept returns of products that do not come with their original packaging, unless they are defective. It will be the seller himself who will pay the amount of the order once he has verified that the goods meet the above conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer shall bear the transportation costs.
To request a refund, the customer must notify ABANUC by e-mail. In the event that the defect is due to a transport incident, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in the e-mail of each seller.
7.1. Warranties
Once the first 7 days have passed since delivery, the customer may return an order or request an exchange because a product is defective. In addition to the above, all products have a two-year warranty in accordance with the Law of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, Law 23/2003 of July 10.
This warranty must be handled directly with each seller through their telephone number or at the mailing address of each seller.
8. DURATION OF THE SERVICE
Without prejudice to any interruptions or suspensions that, for technical reasons, must be made, or due to unilateral cancellation by the user or ABANUC, the service will be provided indefinitely with compliance with the above conditions.
Although ABANUC's main objective is to offer the best possible service, ABANUC cannot ensure that the service offered by third parties will meet the needs and requirements of users. In the event of any serious misconduct, the user should contact ABANUC either by mail, by telephone or by sending an e-mail to abanuc@abanuc.com.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
.For any dispute arising from the provision of this service, Spanish law shall be accepted as the governing law and shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid for the resolution of any disputes that may arise from the same.
