Philosykos is an ode to the fig tree: its fragrance captures all its dimensions, from the green freshness of the leaves to the white wood and milky sap of the figs.
Within this bottle is the memory of a summer on Mount Pelion in Greece. To reach the sea, Yves Coueslant and Desmond Knox-Leet, two of the founders of diptyque, had to cross an orchard of wild fig trees on foot.
The sun warmed the earth so much that the air picked up the perfume given off by the fig trees and their fruit. In love with that scent, and with Greece, Coueslant and Knox-Leet asked perfumer Olivia Giacobetti to turn it into a fragrance.
In Greek, Philosykos means the friend of the fig tree, the tree whose dried leaves and branches, kept in a keepsake box, were the inspiration for creating this fragrance.

.Once you have received your order, you have 30 days, from order confirmation, to request a refund.
Important: the product(s) must be in perfect condition, i.e. with its original packaging and seal (unopened) and with all its accessories.
Delivery Timeframe
.- Spain peninsular and mainland Portugal: between 1 and 3 business days.
- Balearic Islands: minimum 2-4 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a delivery time of 7 working days excluding customs procedures.
